Computer helps children to be in control of their skills to set their own space and challenge. Nirmala Convent school has two well equipped compute labs with 40 computers in each lab with the Internet facility , battery backup and all upgraded software.

Each class is allotted one period in the weekly time table for library, However the library is open to both staff and students who can make use of the references.

1. Guardians should see that their wards attend the school regularly and punctually.
2.Every Pupil is required to put in an attendance of not less than 80% of the total number of working days in the school year No pupil will be allowed to sit for the examination unless he/she puts in this minimum attendance.
3.In case of illness, the students must bring a medical note certifying the fact.
4.In case of absence, the ward coming to the school must have the reason of absence entered and signed by the guardian in the leave record of the diary
5.A student suffering from any infectious disease will not be allowed to attend the school.
6.Absence without leave from examination and absence on the re-opening day of the school after this holidays are against the rules of the school.
7.We keep a track on the attendance of the students. Absences updated via parent connect app.
1. 15 days written notice conveying intention of withdrawal is to be submitted to the school authorities.
2. All dues up to the withdrawal date are to be cleared before applying for T.C.
3. The withdrawal form, (available in School Diary) is to be submitted to the School office within the first week of the month.
Regular morning assembly is an integral part of the School curriculum. It will be our endeavor to give every child as many chances as possible to come on the stage and interact with the audience, in order to promote communication skills and develop leadership qualities.
The morning assembly consists of:-

5. Short speech on a current/Important Topics.

7. Concluding Remarks
8. National Anthem
Attendance in the assembly is compulsory. Parents are requested to drop their children at 7.50 am.
